Nha Trang University Center for Foreign Languages (NTU-CFL), an affiliated unit of  Nha Trang University, was established in 1993 and has operated independently since 2018. It is located in room No. 308, on the third floor of Multipurpose Building, 02 Ton That Tung, Vinh Tho Ward, La San Hill, which is about 2 km from the city center to the North.

The Center provides high-quality short courses in English, French, Korean, Russian, Japanese and Chinese for university students, teachers and other learners such as high-school students and office workers. It also offers language certificates in affiliation with other international institutions for organizing language training and testing programmes. It often receives foreign volunteer experts from international organizations to teach students.

After nearly 30 years of development, the Center has trained and provided thousands of certificates for learners in the Central provinces. NTU-CFL has recently risen as the first choice to become a prestigious partner of the British Council, Vietnam IIG and IDP.

NTU-CFL is orientated towards continuing to implement training activities for teachers, opening new special foreign language courses for learners; linking with numerous institutions in training and providing international certificates such as IELTS, Cambridge and TOEIC.
