Nha Trang University and other Vietnamese universities signed a cooperation agreement with the University of Parma in Italy

On October 21, 2024, in Parma, Italy, the University of Parma signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with several Vietnamese higher educational institutions, including Danang University, Thai Nguyen University, Vietnam National University of Agriculture, Hanoi University and Nha Trang University. Tay Nguyen University participated in the online signing. Representing Nha Trang University, Dr. Quach Hoai Nam - Vice-Rector of the University, headed the delegation and led the members attending the signing ceremony.

The visit and signing of the MOU opens up opportunities for the universities to strengthen international cooperation, laying the foundation for joint work programs in the coming years. The cooperation activities are oriented in the period 2025-2028, including the international program "Exchange of students and staff in higher education" funded by the Erasmus+ KA171 Fund and the Capacity Building initiatives under the Erasmus+ KA2 program, aiming to promote links between universities and partner organizations.

This event not only demonstrates the commitment of Vietnamese universities to improving the quality of training and research, but also provides an opportunity to develop an international cooperation network, helping students, lecturers and staff have the opportunity to participate in study, research and professional exchange programs in the advanced educational environment of Europe.
