Signed a cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Talent and Business Development Institute & Phu Phong Khanh Hoa Organization - Mentoring
On August 27, 2023, Nha Trang University had a working session and signed a memorandum of cooperation agreement with the Vietnam Institute for Business Development and Talent (IVN Institute) & Phu Phong Khanh Hoa Organization – Mentoring.
Attending the signing ceremony were Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Van Huynh - Chairman of the Vietnamese Center for Science Education and Entrepreneurship; Mr. Nguyen Tan Huy - Deputy Director of IVN Institute; MSc. Huynh Le Phu Phong - Founder and CEO of Phu Phong Khanh Hoa - Mentoring Organization, Chief Representative of Khanh Hoa office - IVN Institute, and representatives of a number of businesses. On the side of Nha Trang University, there was the participation of Dr. Quach Hoai Nam - Vice Principal of the University, and representatives of related units.
At the ceremony, representatives of the University, representatives of the Vietnam Institute for Enterprise and Talent Development, and businesses introduced general information about the operating situation of each unit; and signed a memorandum of cooperation agreement. On the basis of cooperation, the University will coordinate with IVN Institute and Phu Phong Khanh Hoa Organization - Mentoring to connect and introduce students to practice at facilities and businesses with positions suitable for their majors; help graduates access suitable job opportunities at businesses in the affiliated network of IVN Institute and Phu Phong Khanh Hoa Organization - Mentoring. Organizations will also contribute to study funds or sponsor scholarships and academic activities for students.
IVN Institute and Phu Phong Khanh Hoa - Mentoring Organization will participate in consulting and suggesting new training programs for the University and practical training programs for specific occupations according to the needs of society. At the same time, connect and attract leading experts to exchange experiences and scientific research, creating conditions for experts from all parties to participate in training and fostering professional knowledge for the staff of each unit. In addition, the University and organizations will also coordinate to implement practical experience programs, career guidance programs, future orientation programs, job fair programs, and internship programs for students. The three parties also pledged to accompany and carry out other extracurricular activities such as sports competitions, arts, cultural activities, social volunteering, and volunteer contributions to Khanh Hoa province and to society.
