Attending the meeting, on the side of National Taiwan Ocean University, there was Mr. Ku Cheng Yu - Vice President, Professor, Faculty of River and Port Engineering; Mr. Lu Ming-Wei – Vice President of Higher Education, Professor of the Faculty of Aquaculture and representatives of related units. At the meeting, representatives of NTU and representatives of NTOU introduced basic information and operation status of each unit. The two sides have signed a memorandum of understanding on cooperation.
