During the seminar, experts conducted in-depth discussions on policies and practices, as well as the potential for socio-economic integration of ethnic minority communities in Vietnam and Europe. For the Training course under work package 2.1, participants focused on data analysis methods, project quality evaluation, and discussed solutions to ensure the sustainability of the EMSIV project. Future events for 2025 were also discussed, aiming to improve employment opportunities and sustainable development for EMS students in Vietnam.

The training course and seminar provided valuable information and experiences, creating a strong foundation for enhancing the job-seeking abilities of ethnic minority students. It also opens up broader opportunities for future international cooperation.

The EMSIV Project was funded by the European Education and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) under the European Commission (EC), through coordination of the  Italian Interuniversity Consortium (Alma Laurea). The project takes place from 2024 to 2027.

The main goal of the EMSIV project is to support and enhance job-seeking skills among ethnic minority students by developing their soft skills, foreign language abilities, and familiarity with job search tools, aiming to boost employment opportunities and access to the labor market for ethnic minority students in Vietnam.
