In Vietnam, cybersecurity is currently considered one of the top priorities of all agencies and organizations, especially for businesses and banks using digital financial technology. Holding a large amount of important user information, these units often become targets of attacks by hackers. One "click" of the mouse can also crash the transaction system of large corporations, causing heavy financial damage, to reputation and brand value. On the other hand, currently in Vietnam, the digital transformation process is taking place strongly, placing the importance of information security at the forefront in ensuring the security of each state agency as well as of each state agency, company, and enterprise. Therefore, the need to train human resources with specialized skills in this field at agencies and organizations is increasing. Therefore, building and putting into operation the Cyber Security Training Practice Room will help provide high-quality human resources in the field of cybersecurity, serve the development needs of society, and contribute to improving the quality of human resources in the field of cybersecurity and effectively ensure network security in Vietnam in the coming time.
For Nha Trang University, the coordinated implementation of this Project helps improve the capacity of the University's teaching staff in the field of cyber safety and security, especially in the context that the University is promoting transformation; Improving the training capacity of NT University for students and trainees. Especially helping to improve the training quality of the university to be equivalent to other countries in the region; Deploy scientific research, contributing to protecting cyberspace security.
