The conference was co-organized by Nha Trang University and Seoul National University, Soonchunhyang University, Hoseo University, and KAIST (South Korea). Nearly 100 delegates attended the conference in person, including delegates from South Korea, Laos, Taiwan, China, and Singapore, who presented scientific papers.

         At the conference, there were presentations on 6 main topics, including: Ubiquitous Communication and Networking; Ubiquitous Software Technology; Ubiquitous Systems and Applications; Ubiquitous Security, Privacy and Trust; IT Convergence Services; Computer Science and Applications. In addition, the speakers introduced the latest advances in the field of Ubiquitous Computing; the innovations in computational methods, related to theory, algorithms, numerical simulation, error and risk analysis, and innovative applications of new processing techniques in engineering, science, and related fields. The conference also presented a variety of specific topics relevant to the field of interest for in-depth discussion.

        The conference provided a space for discussion and interaction between scholars, researchers, and experts in the field of Ubiquitous Computing Technology; as well as created an opportunity for further discussion and development of research cooperation in the area of Ubiquitous Computing Technology and its applications.
