Floating Rescue Devices

Recently, the number accidents in water lines has been increased and caused deaths. One of reasons is that many boats have not been equipped floating rescue devices, especially in domestic water lines. Besides, providing life vests for passengers boasts must to be equipped floating rescue devices.

To meet the social demand, Institute of Ship Building, Nha Trang University successfully manufactured two floating rescue devices from composite material FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic). These devices were given names as DCNCS-1/12N and DCNCS-1/18N. They are certified by Vietnam Registration as industrial products on 14 and 28 August 2013, respectively.
