IPB University Indonesia visited and exchanged cooperation with Nha Trang University
On June 28, 2024, Nha Trang University welcomed and worked with a representative of IPB University from Indonesia, a partner within the framework of the Norwegian Program to strengthen capacity in research and graduate education (NORHED II project). The meeting took place in an intimate and cooperative atmosphere, with the participation of leadership representatives from both sides.
At the meeting, on the side of IPB University Indonesia were Prof. Dr. Ernan Rustiadi - Vice-Chancellor of the University and members of the delegation. On the side of Nha Trang University, there was the participation of Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Quoc Hung - Vice-Rector of the University and representatives of the Departments of International Cooperation, Postgraduate Training and NORHED II Project Management Board.
At the meeting, representatives of the two universities shared information about their operations, strengths in training and scientific research, and discussed and agreed on the contents of the cooperation agreement. IPB University Indonesia is currently cooperating with Nha Trang University through the Norhed - ECOGIV project, the visit aims to expand cooperation in the field of fisheries, proposing NTU participate in the LPDB project (The Indonesia Endowment Fund for Education Agency) in the near future.
The meeting ended with a strong commitment from both Universities to implement cooperative activities as soon as possible. This is an important step forward in improving the quality of research and training, while also opening up many new opportunities for students and lecturers of both Universities.
