The MBA program was designed with an applied orientation, responding to BIDV Khanh Hoa’s need to develop its management workforce. It focuses on knowledge and skills in management, leadership, strategic planning, human resource management, finance, and marketing, while emphasizing analytical capability, decision-making, and the application of knowledge to real-world management and administration.
A notable feature of the program is that classes are held directly at the BIDV Khanh Hoa Branch office. This model enables participants to continue fulfilling their professional duties while studying, and allows lecturers to connect theoretical content with practical situations in banking operations, thereby enhancing the program’s practical relevance.
