16 master students completed international master's programs at Nha Trang University

At the ceremony, there was Mr. Ly Nguyen Binh from Can Tho University, a representative of VLIR Network Vietnam. On the side of Nha Trang University, there were Dr. Khong Trung Thang - Secretary of the Communist Party, Chairman of the University Council, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Trang Si Trung - Recor, lecturers, representatives of related units, and master students of the University.

The international master's program in Food Technology has 12 graduates, 10 of whom are from Nigeria, Uganda, Rwanda, Liberia, Kenya. The program was taught in English by lecturers from Can Tho University, Vietnam Academy of Agriculture, Hue University of Agriculture and Forestry (Hue University) and Nha Trang University. The international master program in Business Administration and Tourism taught in bilingual English - French has four graduates, two of whom are from Burundi and Togo. This is a continuation program in the chain of bachelor - master - doctoral training of the bilingual French - Vietnamese bachelor program of Faculty of Economics, Nha Trang University.

On this occasion, Nha Trang University held the opening ceremony of the master program batch 1 of 2020, with 137 students in the fields of: biotechnology, food technology, information technology, aquaculture, fisheries management, mechanical engineering, business administration, economic management.

VLIR Project is a program of Network university cooperation for research based education on Bioscience for food in Vietnam sponsored by VLIR-OUS (Belgium). The project is carried out with the mission of sharing resources, facilities and equipment of the institutions to train international postgraduate programs and implement research in the field of Food Technology and Aquaculture, giving priority to training staff and students of member institutes and universities.
