Attending the meeting were Professor Song Hwan - Vice Rector in charge of Foreign Affairs, and Mr. Nguyen Duy Tien - a specialist at the Department of International Relations of Chodang University. On behalf of Nha Trang University, there were the representatives of the International Cooperation Department.

          At the meeting, Chodang University shared information about scholarships for Vietnamese students and expressed its desire to cooperate with Nha Trang University to recruit students for the shipbuilding industry exchange training program in next year's semester. In an effort to boost the number of students at Nha Trang University who are fluent in Korean, representatives of the International Cooperation Department stated the university's intention to assist exchange student groups and Korean language lecturers from Chodang University as well as to meet the enrollment demand of Korea. At the same time, it strengthens the relationship between the two schools. The two sides also proposed scholarship programs and invited short-term Korean language lecturers next year. Finally, Nha Trang University expressed the difficulties of Vietnamese students and hoped that students participating in exchange studies would be given as much support as possible from both universities.

          After agreeing to Nha Trang University's proposals, representatives from Chodang University stated that Chodang University, as well as the Korean government, will make efforts to effectively and sustainably increase the cooperative relationship between the two universities, creating the best conditions to help exchange students with their academic abilities and needs for postgraduate study, as well as future job opportunities.
