Covid vaccination for students staying in dormitory of Nha Trang University
On September 13, 2021, Nha Trang University cooperated with Khanh Hoa Center for Disease Control (Khanh Hoa CDC) to organize a Covid vaccination for students staying in dormitory of Nha Trang University, including international students.
Nearly 300 students staying in dormitories of Nha Trang University received a first dose COVID-19 vaccination. After injection, no severe reactions were recorded; some had common reactions. Khanh Hoa CDC used a mobile vaccination vehicle to the dormitory of Nha Trang University, organize vaccination for students, in order to create the most favorable conditions for students during the vaccination process without moving out of the dormitory.
The Covid-19 vaccination for students at the dormitory brings many practical meanings, contributing to improving the effectiveness of disease prevention inside the campus, ensuring the safety of students. Currently, with the support from the University leaders and lecturers, these students are stabilizing their lives and studying, strictly following the epidemic prevention measures.
Previously, Nha Trang University organized free buses to bring students back to their hometowns when the pandemic was complicated. Until now, nearly 300 students are still staying at dormitory inside the University campus, including 32 international students.
