Nha Trang University signed a cooperation agreement with HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Company
On December 12, 2024, Nha Trang University and HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Company officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU), marking a significant milestone in the cooperative relationship between the two parties
Attending the signing ceremony, on behalf of HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Company, were Mr. Kim Song Hag, President of HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Company, along with other members of the delegation. On the side of Nha Trang University, there was the participation of Dr. Khong Trung Thang, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the University Council; Prof. Dr. Trang Si Trung, the University's Rector; Assoc. Prof. Dr. Pham Quoc Hung, Vice President, and leaders of related departments.

Since HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Company began its operations in Khanh Hoa Province in 1998, Nha Trang University has become a strategic partner in the fields of training, scientific research, and community service. This cooperation has been particularly effective in the University's strengths, such as Ship engineering, Mechanical engineering, Maritime science, Mechanical technology, English Linguistics, Accounting, and other related fields. Graduates from the university have made valuable contributions to supporting the development of HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Company.

The signing of this MOU not only affirms the commitment to continuing this collaboration but it also opens up a new phase of broader and deeper cooperation in training and scientific research. Shortly, the university and the company will hold detailed discussions to implement specific cooperative initiatives through feasible programs and agreements.

This agreement is expected to bring practical benefits to both parties while enhancing the quality of training at Nha Trang University and strengthening the production capabilities and sustainable development of HD Hyundai Vietnam Shipbuilding Company.
