Attending the meeting, on the side of KIMEP University, there was Professor - Maganat Shegebayev - Head of the Faculty of Education and Humanities. On behalf of Nha Trang University was the participation of Dr. Vo Nguyen Hong Lam, Head of the Faculty of Foreign Languages, and representatives of the International Cooperation Department.

         At the meeting, representatives from the two universities shared information about training programs, education, and foreign language majors; and discussed collaboration in developing multidisciplinary research. KIMEP University has cooperative relationships with universities in Europe and China, and the university hopes to collaborate to develop with universities in Southeast Asia, especially Vietnam. KIMEP University representatives mentioned that they would provide scholarships and related expenses to Nha Trang University students who participate in short-term exchange courses for bachelor's programs. They also shared information about several upcoming seminars and conferences scheduled for 2024 to introduce Nha Trang University’s lecturers and students to participate.
