FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The Department of Personnel and Administration is responsible for advising the Rector on ordering, organizing and implementing activities in the following fields: organization; personnel; staff recruitment, training, and further training; internal regulations, administration; health care.
In terms of Organization, Personnel and Internal Regulation: Building plans and organizing the implementation of activities of organizational hierarchy, personnel, schedule, recruitment, training, and continuing education, internal regulations, and competition of the University.
In terms of Administration and Services: Managing and using the university’s seal, telecommunication equipment, vehicles; providing of Introduction Letters, travel warrants; implementing the archive of document according to state’s and university’s regulations; and implementing the health care and prevent diseases
