FUNCTIONS

1. Manage dormitories, lecture-room buildings and services; secure environmental sanitary and internal security.
2. Advise, implement activities serving demands of staff and students.
3. Operate as an autonomous unit 

RESPONSIBILITIES 

1. Dormitory and Service Team
- Allocate places for students, propose methods to secure sanitary, comfortably, safety and security in dormitories
- Check and supervise students in implementing internal dormitory regulations.
- Manage dormitories, parking services, rented premises, canteen, gymnasium

2. Administration and Environmental Team
- Manage lecture-rooms buildings, equipment in class rooms.
- Secure the quality of environment inside the University.
- Provide electricity to all buildings labs in the University.

3. Security Team:
- Build plans to train security guards and organize internal protection, protect the university’s assets,
- Prevent and fight fire, and coordinate with inside and outside units to secure internal security.
