Meeting with the representative of KOICA Vietnam office

On March 28, 2023, Nha Trang University welcomed and worked with the representative of Korea International Cooperation Agency in Vietnam (KOICA Vietnam).

Attending the meeting, there was Ms. Kim Hee Yon - Volunteer Program Manager of KOICA Vietnam office. On the side of Nha Trang University, there were representatives of the International Cooperation Department and the Faculty of Foreign Languages.

At the meeting, the representative of Nha Trang University shared information about the implementation of cooperation activities with Korean partners; presented the demand for Korean language training at the University, and the demand for Korean language teachers. The representative of the University also proposed some cooperation activities with the KOICA Vietnam office such as implementing a program to invite short-term experts, training for experts - lecturers; volunteer programs/projects; short-term exchange programs…

Representatives of KOICA Vietnam office and representatives of Nha Trang University also discussed the working situation of volunteer Lee Yun Hee, who is currently teaching Korean at the University. The representative of KOICA Vietnam office thanked Nha Trang University for creating the best conditions for volunteers to participate in teaching at the University, and wished that the school would continue to cooperate and support volunteers to complete their work. Agreeing with the cooperation proposals of the representative of Nha Trang University, the representative of KOICA Vietnam said that the office will make efforts to coordinate in implementing activities to promote the cooperation relationship between the two sides more effectively and sustainably.
