On the basis of the cooperation agreement, the University and enterprises will cooperate to build 4.0 IoT high-tech practice laboratories, AI GIS Cloud in the fields of smart traffic, smart lighting, and agriculture, smart industry, smart environment, smart fire protection, smart infrastructure digital management to help students and lecturers have the opportunity to approach, practice, and firmly grasp practical knowledge of transfer projects, digital transformation, building a smart city that Vietnam is strongly implementing.

Nam Long Technology Investment Group will invest in transferring high-tech equipment systems on the 4.0 IoT platform, AI GIS Cloud will build 06 practice laboratories including 1 Traffic system bright; a smart lighting system; a Smart agricultural system; a smart environment system; Intelligent fire protection system; Smart infrastructure digitalization management system. Nha Trang University will receive 06 practice laboratories invested by Nam Long Technology Investment Group, operating and exploiting with the highest efficiency in order to increasingly improve the quality of training, improve quality. practice in the training process, providing highly qualified human resources with specialized knowledge and skills to meet the actual needs of the business/society.

With a total value of 10 billion VND, this project will be implemented in 5 months and is expected to be completed in November 2022. Besides, Nam Long Technology Investment Group also ordered a number of scientific research projects in the field that Nha Trang University has trained and researched. On this occasion, Nam Long Technology Investment Group also awarded study promotion scholarships to students with outstanding achievements at Nha Trang University, each worth 3,000,000 VND; donate 20,000,000 VND to the university's study promotion fund.
