Attending the ceremony, there was Dr. Tran Doan Hung - Vice-Rector of the University, representatives of related units; the authors who won prizes at the contest and some students of the University.

The Logo Design Contest was held within the framework of a series of events celebrating the 65th anniversary of Nha Trang University's Traditional Day (August 1, 1959-August 1, 2024). The contest received great attention from former officials, lecturers, students, and professional individuals nationwide with more than 40 works submitted to the contest. The contest jury reviewed and scored the works based on 4 criteria: (1) Ideas and creativity; (2) Aesthetics and science; (3) Conformity with the University's identity; (4) Multi-application.

At the ceremony, the Organizing Committee announced the results of the contest and awarded 01 first prize with a prize worth 5 million VND to author Dao Duy Nhon - a student of class 62.CNOT-4; 01 Second prize with a prize worth 3 million VND went to author Ho Sy Khai (from Cao Lanh City - Dong Thap province); 01 Third prize with a prize worth 1 million VND to author Tran Kien Quoc - Ninh Kieu District - Can Tho City; 03 Consolation prizes with a prize of 500 thousand VND/prize went to the authors including Group Double C - Faculty of Social Sciences and Humanities (Nha Trang University), student Tran Hoang Phuc - Faculty of Transportation Engineering (Nha Trang University); Author Tran Van Nghia (Ba Dinh District, Hanoi). The winning works were all highly appreciated by the jury for their aesthetic elements, investment in ideas, design messages, and color compatibility as well as partly demonstrating the mission of education, training, and scientific research during 65 years of construction and development.

Nha Trang University was established in 1959 with the first name of the Faculty of Fisheries under the Academy of Agriculture and Forestry. The year 2024 marks the 65th year of the formation and development of Nha Trang University with many outstanding achievements in the fields of training, scientific research, technology transfer, international cooperation... As one of the first 20 schools certified by the National Council for Educational Quality Accreditation as a quality standard university (2009), in 2023, Nha Trang University was recognized and certified for the third time as meeting the educational quality standards. The work of improving training programs and accreditation of educational quality is always carried out closely by the University to train human resources following the labor needs of society, with qualifications and professional skills to meet practical requirements.
