The six best projects were selected for the final round included: A-BUA cashew milk; Homestay learn English; Nha Trang mango sauce; BCB – business connection solution; DASUKI herbal tea to reduce blood fat; Production and business model of connectors made of copper and aluminum. At the contest, there were the participation of Dr. Quach Hoai Nam – Vice-Rector, representatives of related units, businesses lecturers and students of the University.

At the final round, each team had a presentation and answered questions from the jury about the project and its implementation process. Despite the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, the teams had good preparation and investment in the research and implementation of their projects. Criteria to score teams included presentation skills, ability to answer questions, satisfaction of the requirements of the goals, values, vision, feasibility, potential, implementation capacity, and creativity of the project... Finally, the second prize with a prize of 15 million VND belonged to the project "A-BUA cashew milk"; two third prizes with a prize of 5 million VND/prize belonged to the projects "Dasuki Herbal Tea to reduce blood fat" and the project "Nha Trang Mango Sauce"; Consolation prizes belonged to the remaining projects. Certificates of merit from the Rector were awarded to the winning teams.

The NTU Startup Idea Contest 2021 with the theme "Innovation to breakthrough" was launched from May 2021 with nearly 20 projects. This is the third consecutive year that the NTU Startup Ideas Contest was held in order to create a useful playground in the fields of science, technology, and business, promote creativity and start-up activities of students, alumni, and staff members of the University.
