At the meeting, on behalf of National Taiwan Ocean University, there were Mr. Ming-Wei Lu, Head of the Training Department; Ms. Chia-Hui Wang, Deputy Head of the Training Department and members of the delegation. On behalf of Nha Trang University, there were Associate Professor, Dr. Pham Quoc Hung - Vice-Rector of the University, and representatives of related units.

      At the meeting, representatives of the two universities shared information about their operations, strengths in training and scientific research. At the same time, the two sides discussed and agreed on the contents of cooperation in training, scientific research related to aquaculture, and student exchange, contributing to improving the quality of training for students of both universities.

        Speaking at the meeting, Associate Professor Dr. Pham Quoc Hung - Vice Rector of Nha Trang University expressed his pleasure to welcome the NTOU delegation, considering this an activity to concretize some contents of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement that the two universities signed in May 2024.

       At the meeting, the two sides agreed to coordinate and immediately implement several specific contents such as: Building digital lectures NTU will select 1-2 suitable subjects and send experts to coordinate to build digital lectures for teaching and learning for students of the two universities; Research: the two sides will use the existing resources of the school to support the implementation of joint research projects in the field of fisheries that both sides are interested in; Workshop: the two sides will coordinate and upgrade the scale of the Vietnam - Taiwan workshop to a joint seminar on marine science and marine economy. Expected to be held in March 2025.

        The meeting ended successfully, marking a new step forward in the cooperative relationship between Nha Trang University and National Taiwan Ocean University.
