International Conference on Vietnam-India Educational Connectivity and Collaboration at Nha Trang University

On October 6th, 2025, Nha Trang University hosted the International Conference on Connectivity and Collaboration among Vietnamese and Indian Higher Education Institutions, welcoming 17 distinguished representatives from Indian universities, enterprises, and several delegates from Vietnamese universities.

In his opening remarks, Prof.Dr. Pham Quoc Hung, Vice Rector of Nha Trang University, expressed his honor in welcoming the Indian delegation to the coastal city of Nha Trang, affirming that the conference represents a significant milestone in advancing educational cooperation, research collaboration, and cultural exchange between Vietnam and India.

As part of the program, delegates attended plenary presentations focusing on the theme of Vietnam-India educational cooperation, including topics such as “The Importance of Academic Delegations in Promoting Bilateral Educational Collaboration,” “Vietnamese Educational Culture,” “An Overview of Higher Education in India,” and “Quality Education in the Context of Sustainable Development.” These presentations not only offered valuable academic insights but also opened new avenues for joint research, faculty and student exchange, and collaborative academic conferences.

On this occasion, Nha Trang University signed partnership agreements with several Indian universities to enhance the exchange of staff, faculty, and students, strengthen collaborative research, and jointly organize academic conferences and scientific seminars.

Representatives from Nha Trang University and Indian partner institution signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU).

The conference concluded in a spirit of friendship and collaboration, opening new prospects for higher education connectivity between Vietnam and India, while further enhancing Nha Trang University’s international standing within the regional academic landscape.
